FAQs
What is non-destructive lockout methods?
When we say non-destructive when it comes to gaining entry in a lockout using techniques to not cause damage to the lock. An example would be single pin picking, though it is slower it is a skill that is learned over time and keeps the lock from being damaged.
Can every lock be opened without damage?
Not every lock CAN be opened without damage. It really depends on why the lockout occurred or the condition the lock is in.
What is a service fee collected for?
I have a flat rate for lockouts. In the event something may have been forgotten to be mentioned such as a broken key, damage lock or services outside of normal business hours(our hours not standard business times), the service fee is required to perform service. This is separate from the standard fee. If the lock is determined to be damaged beyond repair a replacement option and price will be quoted upfront, no one wants hidden fees.
What is required for us to perform our job by law and keep you and the people you care about safe?
When we are called to a job for a lockout above all things your safety is the most important. To make sure of this we abide by the law without wavering. We will require an up to date form of state id that matches the address and a second identifying item also matching the address. This can be a bill, a vehicle registration or anything along those lines.
Why do you operate such odd hours?
Having worked late shifts for many years I understand the stress of not only forgetting my keys but having to pay a higher price due to a late schedule. I want to try and help the later shift workers and everyone in between.
